PLEASE READ THESE FACTS BEFORE PURCHASING ARTWORK
  1. The safe delivery of your painting is our top priority. Each original canvas is packed by Voorn Fine Arts, LLC in a wooden crate, with the appropriate packing materials, in order to avoid any damage that can be caused by the shipper.
  2. Voorn Fine Arts, LLC, will absorb the cost of crating and provide free shipping and delivery of original art, only in the state of Florida. Shipping outside of Florida will be the responsibility of the buyer. We use a reliable third party shipping company.
  3. All other art work, including limited edition prints and giclées are shipped free of charge within the United States. International shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  4. We usually ship within 7 to 10 days depending on the size of the crate that needs to be constructed. For Print on Demand (P.O.D.) art work, such as giclées and limited edition prints, production time must be added to the regular delivery time.
  5. If your order is not to your satisfaction, or if it has been damaged during shipping, please reach out to Voorn Fine Arts directly. Take photos of the packaging, and the actual damage to the painting. The more photos we have, the easier it is for us to assist you in filing the claim.
  6. As we use third party providers for shipping, this service might slightly differ from one order to another.
  7. Once you have decided to buy a particular piece of art, simply click on the button “Acquire this artwork” which is found on all artwork pages. You will then be redirected to your cart. Once you have clicked “’Proceed” we will ask you for delivery details, and subsequently for your method of payment (credit card, or call us for bank transfers). Once the payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from our payment processor. We will then call you to confirm that your payment has been received, and we will also inform you of availability and delivery times. At this point, the Artwork will be reserved for you. We will arrange with you the best day for delivery to the address you provided. Please note that if you are using a debit card, the payment may be immediately deducted from your account balance.
  8. The images of all artwork displayed on the website were taken by an experienced professional photographer, and are a 99% accurate depiction of the original artwork.
  9. All paintings on this website are originals. They are not reproductions. P.O.D. (print on demand) such as giclées and limited edition prints are available upon request. Original paintings as well as limited edition prints come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the artist. Limited editions are numbered and signed by the artist.
  10. All original paintings as well as giclées and limited edition prints are sold unframed.
